Vinayak Handicraft is a brand of handcrafted luxury furniture from Udaipur, Rajasthan. We make handmade furniture involving processes like bone inlay, brass & silver, mother-of-pearl, marble, wood, paintings, and others.

2. Do you deliver all across India?

Yes, we ensure safe and fast delivery all over India. Shipping charges will vary as per your location and the size of your product.

3. Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we do. You can let us know your preferred size, favorite color, or design so that we can make a special piece for you. ( Your Design—Our Creation )

4. How do I make an order?

Order placement is available directly from our website or, alternatively, via our WhatsApp or telephone number. We're happy to assist.

5. What method of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will be provided with secure payment options.

6. Can I visit your workshop and store?

Yes, you may—but only by appointment. Please telephone or write to us so we can set a suitable time.

7. How long is the shipping period?

Shipping at 2-3 days will be arranged for all ready-to-ship products. Custom-made products may take about 3-5 weeks depending on the work.

8. What is your policy concerning returns?

We only accept returns if the item has been damaged during shipping. That is why any problem must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with videos or photographs.

9. Are your products 100% handmade?

Indeed! Every product is handmade by experienced artisans who apply traditional Indian methods.
