🔄 Return & Refund Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

At Vinayak Handicraft, every product is handcrafted with precision. Returns are accepted only under certain conditions, as outlined below.

✅ Eligible for Return

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

You must request a return within 7 Days of delivery with photo/video proof.

Items must be unused, and returned in original packaging.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Minor color or texture variation (since items are handmade).

Customized or made-to-order products.

 🔁 Return Process

Email us at info@vinayakhandicraft.com or WhatsApp with order details and photos.

Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

After we receive the item and inspect it, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Replacement will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

 💳 Refund Timeline

Refund processing timeframe and refund credit timeframe: Post approval, we will process the refund within 4-5 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange/replacement timeframe: The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days
